Enrollment
There are three enrollment deadlines each term. The first, “seven day” is a preliminary snapshot of enrollment after 7 days into the term. The second, “mid-term” is another preliminary snapshot of enrollment for the middle of the term. Data collected at these times can continue to change throughout the term. The third, “end of semester” is the final deadline for reporting enrollment for that term.
Graduates
There are two graduate term deadlines each academic year. Data is collected for preliminary graduate term reporting a few weeks after fall term and spring term ends; summer term data is finalized at the same time as the annual graduate deadline.
Annual Deadlines
The summer term “end of semester” is also the final enrollment deadline for the academic year. There are two additional annual deadlines, one to report graduates and another to report placement (September 15th).
Colleges must have all related edit checks cleared that affect their data by these deadlines. Each morning, ITDR extracts enrollment and graduate information to-date from the college’s local Banner systems. The morning after each deadline, the final data is extracted and used at the TCSG system office for official reporting purposes.
